Nellie you did a wonderful job. Don't beat yourself up over it. I can tell from the broth that it tasted good. I am sure you will remember the next time to add the paste, because it not only adds color, it helps to thicken the broth, but the important thing is that your family loved it, and you have left overs. I appreciate you sharing. My Mother would be so PROUD of you for making her Corn Bread too. I am proud of you too. Who would have thought I would have people from all over the country making Mama's Corn Bread. THAT'S AWESOME. You make me most happy by sharing your pictures of both my Father N Laws Beef Stew, & Mama's Corn Bread. You have made my day today.
